Musiques démesurées

The “Musiques Démesurées” Festival is now in tune with autumn to offer audiences a programming that focuses on original European contemporary music. Labelled as ”Manifestation de l’année européenne du dialogue interculturel” (“European Year of Intercultural Dialogue Event”), the festival will have lots to offer: concerts, conferences, contemporary art installations, performance art. The theme this year is “Images of Current-Day Music”.

Livestock show

October

The European exhibition of livestock professionals is a forum for business, with a prominent place for animal showings. A true platform for agricultural policy, the trade show is inaugurated each year by senior government officials who come to meet agriculture professionals.

A must-see photography event! Every two years, the city of Clermont-Ferrand exhibits works in various places across the city from a selection of renowned French and international artists.

Jazz en Tête

This festival has become a major event in the jazz world. Ever since its first edition in 1988, “Jazz en Tête” celebrates open-mindedness in music and crossover experiments. The festival can look back over the years on a total of three hundred concerts, two thousand musicians and eighty thousand spectators.
